Beacon Class
Welcome to Beacon Class Y5/6!
It’s a privilege to teach such a thoughtful and enthusiastic group of learners. Our classroom is a place where ideas are shared, challenges are embraced, and creativity is celebrated. I’m excited for all the learning, growth, and memorable moments we’ll experience together this year.

WELCOME TO BEACON CLASS YEAR 5/6!
Our Year 5/6 classroom is a vibrant and forward-thinking space where older pupils are encouraged to take ownership of their learning and develop independence, creativity, and critical thinking. The mixed-age setting promotes leadership and collaboration, with pupils supporting one another through rich discussions and shared projects. Inside, the classroom is organised to foster deep engagement across the curriculum, with flexible areas for writing, research, problem-solving, and artistic exploration. This stimulating environment empowers children to grow in confidence and curiosity as they prepare for the next stage of their learning journey.
